Fizzy Shop primarily sells digital products that may be delivered or made accessible shortly after successful payment.

Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.

1. General Refund Policy

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, purchases of digital products are considered final once the purchased digital content, access, code, credentials, account, licence, or other digital item has been supplied or made available to the customer.

We generally do not provide refunds solely because:

• You changed your mind after delivery
• You purchased the wrong product
• You made an accidental purchase
• You no longer need or want the product
• You did not read the product description or requirements
• You did not use the delivered product
• You found the same or a similar product elsewhere at a different price

This policy does not remove any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.

2. Digital Content and Right of Withdrawal

Where applicable consumer law provides a right of withdrawal for distance purchases, special rules may apply to digital content supplied immediately.

Where legally permitted, the customer may be asked during checkout to expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that beginning the supply of the digital content may result in the loss of the applicable right of withdrawal.

Any such waiver or loss of a statutory withdrawal right applies only where the legal requirements for it have been satisfied.

3. Problems With an Order

If you did not receive your purchase, received an incorrect item, or believe the supplied digital product is defective or does not conform to what was purchased, contact our support team.

Please provide your order information and a clear description of the issue.

We may first attempt to correct the problem, provide the correct product, restore access, replace the affected digital item, or provide another remedy permitted by applicable law.

4. Duplicate Payments

If you believe you have accidentally been charged more than once for the same order, contact support so the transactions can be investigated.

Verified duplicate charges will be handled appropriately.

5. Fraud and Abuse

Refund requests involving suspected fraud, abuse, manipulation, unauthorised redistribution, chargeback abuse, or attempts to obtain both a product and its purchase price may be investigated.

This provision does not restrict any right a customer has to dispute an unauthorised transaction or exercise another mandatory legal right.

6. Chargebacks

If you experience a problem with an order, we encourage you to contact our support team first so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.

Nothing in this policy prevents a customer from exercising rights available through their payment provider or under applicable law.

7. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or overrides statutory rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Where applicable law conflicts with a provision of this policy, the applicable mandatory law will prevail.
